Four jobs, one extension

From collecting to producing, without leaving NotebookLM

Half of NoteFlow lives in the browser side panel and sends content in. The other half sits right on the NotebookLM page, handling management, export and processing.

01

One-click import

Pages, videos and AI chats: tick them, and they're in the notebook.

  • Bilibili captions: CC or AI captions, one per video, merged into a single source to save slots, or zipped
  • YouTube: a single video, a whole playlist, or a whole channel
  • Web pages: the current page, or tick tabs across every open window and import them together; WeChat and Substack articles get smart text extraction
  • AI chats: pick the Q&A pairs you want from Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini
  • Merged PDF: many articles in one file, using a single source slot
02

Source management

NotebookLM's source list gets a row of batch tools.

  • Auto-rename: default names like “Pasted Text” become the real title
  • Batch delete: tick several sources and remove them at once
  • Import prefix: stamp new sources with a common prefix so they're easy to find
  • Multiple accounts + target notebook: switch from the side panel, no tab-hopping
03

Export

Whatever goes in comes back out, whole.

  • Notes and reports: single Markdown files, a ZIP, or one merged PDF
  • Selected sources: as Markdown, with titles and links
  • Chat answers: one at a time, or tick several into one file
  • AI share cards: turn a conversation into a JPEG, PNG or PDF image
  • Caption files: Bilibili captions as Markdown or TXT
04

Custom generation

Your template, one piece per source.

  • Blog report per source: each one draws only on its own source
  • Saved template + prompt: write it once, reuse it forever; supports {{source_title}} and {{source_url}}
  • One-click report: import → one report per new source → download them all as Markdown

FAQ

Questions you might have

What account do I need?

Just your own Google account and NotebookLM. NoteFlow uses the NotebookLM you're already signed into, with no extra authorisation. You can switch between Google accounts from the side panel.

Is my content uploaded to you?

No. Captions, text and chats are extracted in your browser and sent straight to NotebookLM. Only sign-in and purchase status go through our account service.

NotebookLM caps the number of sources. What then?

Use Merged PDF to combine several articles into one, or merge a Bilibili series' captions into a single source. Either way it takes one slot.

How is “one-click report” different from “blog per source”?

One-click report is a full run from the side panel: import → write a report for each source this run added → download as Markdown. Blog per source applies your saved template to the sources you tick inside NotebookLM. Both use NotebookLM's own report generation.

Which browsers are supported?

Chrome (Manifest V3). You can also build it yourself from the source on GitHub.
